Founders

Antonis Alexandris

Antonis Alexandris is the Principal Broker of Alexandrian Partners, LLC. Backed by over a decade of experience in healthcare real estate, investment sales, and government contracting. Antonis leads his team with a unique skill set that enables Alexandrian Partners, LLC to provide sophisticated advisory services to a wide variety of commercial investors.

Since the inception of his career, Antonis managed sale and lease transactions in relation to 1,000,000+ square feet of commercial real estate. Through this experience, he developed aggressive marketing systems designed to maximize exposure. Antonis takes pride in his ability to translate client needs into results, helping to make ambitions a reality.

Artin Safarian

As an entrepreneur, Artin Safarian owns many businesses, one of which is Arminco Inc., a design-build contracting company focused on healthcare. Recognizing the importance of good communication between real estate and construction, Artin decided to partner with Antonis Alexandris and establish Alexandrian Partners, a commercial real estate firm focused on healthcare.

When Artin founded Arminco Inc. in 1996, his goal was to create a streamlined process where healthcare professionals can experience a turn-key solution for all of their practices’ needs.

Artin’s focus on healthcare, property investments, development, construction, and healthcare equipment allows clients to plan for every step of the process. The addition of Alexandrian Partners’ commercial real estate services allows each client to have a comprehensive overview of the project from start to finish.

Sara Reichenbach​

Sara Reichenbach

Sara Reichenbach is a licensed real estate agent and Integrated Practice Specialist with Alexandrian Partners, specializing in healthcare real estate, dental office leasing, medical and veterinary practice development, and practice acquisitions.

With a background as a dental hygienist, Sara brings a rare clinical and operational perspective to commercial real estate decisions. She advises practice owners on site selection, lease negotiation, relocations, expansions, and startups, ensuring real estate choices support workflow, compliance, and long-term profitability.

Known for her direct, detail-driven approach, Sara helps clients identify risk early and coordinate seamlessly with design-build, construction, and equipment teams to streamline complex healthcare projects from planning through execution.

Brian Pierre

With over six years of experience in residential real estate, Brian Pierre has helped countless sellers, buyers, and investors successfully transact throughout the Virginia and Washington, D.C. markets.

Brian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Amherst College before moving to Northern Virginia in 2011 to begin a career in healthcare consulting. His passion for helping others led him to pursue a Master’s in Healthcare Administration at George Mason University. While advancing in healthcare management, Brian developed a strong interest in real estate and decided to bring his business and client service expertise to the DMV property market.

Leveraging his background in healthcare consulting, operations, and sales, Brian has a unique understanding of the healthcare industry and the specific needs of providers seeking to lease, purchase, or develop medical spaces, clinics, and healthcare facilities.

Known for his professionalism, integrity, and relentless work ethic, Brian is a friendly go-getter who goes the extra mile to help clients achieve their real estate goals. He believes that service matters, prioritizes client satisfaction above all else, and strives to build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with everyone he serves.

I had a very unique situation of being overseas but planning to come back to VA to resume practicing as a pediatric dentist. I needed to look at potential spaces for acquisition and start the process ASAP but I wasn’t physically around! I was luckily introduced to and met Antonis in a coffee shop and the next day, I hopped on a plane to go overseas. To say Antonis was Godsend is an understatement . He took it on himself to search and go in person to potential spots and eye them himself and then call me to give me all details , then he would weekly update me through video calls with all the aspects to be considered in every case including population, demographics, dental spending and so forth!!! A full spreadsheet of all the details. How did he find the time to do this?! I don’t know! He is just an incredible professional knowledgeable real estate guru with dental practice comprehensive knowledge.

He would point out details that I haven’t even thought of! He would communicate and respond in a heartbeat and I know the guy is busy and I am overseas so even to set up video call meetings he had to consider an 8 hr. time zone difference! He amazes me with the details he can provide about the dental offices we were looking for and he made what was supposed to be a very overwhelming experience, he made it so easy with his vast knowledge, fantastic communication skills and top that with a wonderful genuine character to treasure. Antonis is far above and beyond what you’re looking for in a real estate professional. He loves what he’s doing and he has the patience of a saint in communicating with his clients . I ended up more informed about and less intimidated by the process while working with Antonis.
